The Mission

Do you enjoy analyzing, work carefully, and want to gain real lab experience alongside your studies at an innovative technology company? Then you’re in the right place! For our R&D team in Barbing near Regensburg, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) from January 2027, 20 hours per week, to support us in quality assurance and in the further development of our production setup.

At DyeMansion, we develop and produce solutions for the industrial manufacturing of 3D-printed parts, and our quality is what our customers rely on. With your analyses, you make sure the manufactured parts meet the highest quality standards, and you help us continuously improve our manufacturing process.

What to expect

• You analyze and evaluate test parts and independently apply various analysis methods
• You document the analysis results carefully and transparently
• You inspect batches and release them in goods receipt and goods issue
• You further develop our production setup and contribute to improving our manufacturing process

• Enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in a technical or natural science degree program (e.g. chemistry, physics, engineering) with a foundation in materials science, or a technical vocational qualification with work experience
• Good understanding of chemistry and basic knowledge of polymer chemistry
• First experience with analysis methods for plastics is welcome, but not required
• Good German language skills
• Confident use of MS Office and openness to using AI tools
• You are a team player, a strong communicator, and enjoy getting up to speed on new technical topics
• You work independently, in a structured and careful way, with a strong focus on quality and a solution-oriented mindset
