AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Production Associate to join our team at our Austin, Texas location. In this role, you will be responsible for producing the consumables that power the post-processing of 3D-printed parts — playing a key role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality products they depend on.

This is a permanent part-time position, working approximately 25 hours per week, ideally Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manufacture and prepare consumables (color cartridges and related products) for internal and external customers as your primary function.
  • Pick, pack, and process consumable orders accurately and on time.
  • Manage workflow efficiently to meet order deadlines and fulfillment targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
  • Operate and maintain Cartridge Production equipment, ensuring proper upkeep and cleanliness.
  • Support the Production Manager with raw material inventory tracking and replenishment needs.
  • Handle raw materials safely, including chemical transfers and first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation.
  • Assist with waste management procedures, including emptying and processing IBC tanks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support general operational and office needs as required.
  • Report directly to the Production & QC Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical vocational training, a relevant certification, or an associate degree is a plus. 1–2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or task-driven environment preferred — but we welcome motivated entry-level candidates eager to grow.
  • Strong attention to detail with a careful, methodical approach to tasks that supports accurate and efficient order flow.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain daily production logs, and consistently meet output targets.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with a structured approach to prioritizing work.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Reliable, quality-conscious, and a genuine team player who takes pride in their work.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
