We are an international and fast-growing 3D printing company operating in a rapidly expanding market. To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking from now on for a Finance & Accounting Manager in part- or full-time, who wants to take responsibility, drive improvements. You will also collaborate closely with our US entity in Austin, Texas, gaining valuable international exposure

• Independent management of financial accounting for multiple entities (GmbH & US Inc.)

• Full responsibility for the accounts payable process (invoice verification, account assignment, booking, reconciliation)

• Managing payment transactions including payment runs, bank accounts, liquidity management, and foreign currency valuation

• Preparation of monthly financial statements including accruals, provisions, prepayments, interest, and FX differences

• Professional support and coordination of annual financial statements, including inventory processes

• Fixed asset accounting including asset management and depreciation runs

• Preparation of VAT returns and EC Sales Lists

• Supporting the preparation of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

• Actively contributing to the optimization of financial processes, systems, and structures

• Identifying risks, opportunities, strengths, and improvement areas within Finance

• Commercial or tax-related vocational training, or a degree in business administration

• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting

• Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB); experience with international entities is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

• Experience with SAP or comparable accounting software

• Structured, precise, and independent working style

• High affinity for numbers and strong sense of responsibility

• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
