We are an international and fast-growing 3D printing company operating in a rapidly expanding market. To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking from now on for a Finance & Accounting Manager in part- or full-time, who wants to take responsibility, drive improvements. You will also collaborate closely with our US entity in Austin, Texas, gaining valuable international exposure
Your responsibilities include:Independent management of financial accounting for multiple entities (GmbH & US Inc.)
Full responsibility for the accounts payable process (invoice verification, account assignment, booking, reconciliation)
Managing payment transactions including payment runs, bank accounts, liquidity management, and foreign currency valuation
Preparation of monthly financial statements including accruals, provisions, prepayments, interest, and FX differences
Professional support and coordination of annual financial statements, including inventory processes
Fixed asset accounting including asset management and depreciation runs
Preparation of VAT returns and EC Sales Lists
Supporting the preparation of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
Actively contributing to the optimization of financial processes, systems, and structures
Identifying risks, opportunities, strengths, and improvement areas within Finance
REQUIREMENTS
Commercial or tax-related vocational training, or a degree in business administration
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB); experience with international entities is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with SAP or comparable accounting software
Structured, precise, and independent working style
High affinity for numbers and strong sense of responsibility
Fluent German and English, written and spoken
