AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
You maintain, install and repair our 3D-finishing systems for our customers, partners and at DyeMansion facilities and exhibitions.
You support us on-site in troubleshooting our machines, problem analysis and remote maintenance on the phone.
Furthermore, you provide technical training on-site and remote to DyeMansion customers and partners (resellers/distributors) in order to enable these groups to perform technical services and troubleshooting for DyeMansion products as well as handling and operating the machines.
In order to continuously improve our systems, you work closely with the service and development team in Germany. To assure an outstanding customer experience and customer care you work closely with the sales team.
You perform required reporting and documentation on service cases, KPIs and service situations in DyeMansion management systems and according to DyeMansion standards.
Finaly, you support required documentation knowledge sharing and performing your travel planning and organization.
REQUIREMENTS
You have completed vocational training as an electrical engineer or similar.
Additionally, you have at least three years of work experience.
You have manual skills and a technical understanding.
You have a high willingness to travel and a fluent command of English.
Your high communication skills and reliability characterizes you.
You like to take responsibility.
You have a driving license in order to be able to travel to nearby service stations.
You are a US citizen.

Um einen exzellenten technischen Service sicher zustellen, führst Du die Installation, Wartung und Instandsetzung von unseren 3D-Finishing- Anlagen bei unseren Kunden in Amerika durch.
Du übernimmst ebenso die Problemanalyse und Fernwartung am Telefon.
Vor Ort führst Du die Key-User in die Grundlagen der Anlagenbedienung ein.
Du bist im ständigen Austausch mit Abteilungen wie Key Account Management, Beschaffung, Produktentwicklung und Service Leitung, um unsere Produkte stetig zu verbessern.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum:zur Mechatroniker:in, Elektriker:in, Elektrotechniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit
Bis zu fünf Jahren Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss.
Du verfügst über ein handwerkliches Geschick und ein technisches Verständnis.
Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit.
Um zu nahe gelegenen Serviceeinsätzen zu fahren, besitzt Du einen Führerschein.
Du bist US-Bürger.
