DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
Um einen exzellenten technischen Service sicher zu stellen, führst Du die Installation, Wartung und Instandsetzung von unseren 3D-Finishing Anlagen bei unseren Kunden in Europa durch.
Dort führst Du die Key-User ebenfalls in die Grundlagen der Anlagenbedienung ein.
Nachdem Du Dich intensiv in unsere Anlagen einarbeiten konntest, führst Du von unseren Büroräumen in Planegg aus auch Remoteinstallationen und -Wartungen sowie telefonische Problem-Analysen beim Kunden durch.
In Deinem sehr abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um unsere Produkte stetig verbessern zu können, und stehst außerdem im engen Austausch mit weiteren Abteilungen wie Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Vertrieb.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d), Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit.
Durch Deine vorausgehende Berufserfahrung von 2-4 Jahren überzeugst Du mit Deiner Expertise.
Service steht für Dich an erster Stelle und Du hast Lust unsere europäischen Kunden auch vor Ort zu betreuen und bringst hierfür entsprechende Reisebereitschaftvon ca. 60% mit.
Um mit unseren Kunden problemlos kommunizieren zu können verfügst Du über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Führerschein Klasse B.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
To ensure excellent technical service, you will carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of our 3D finishing systems at our customers in Europe.
There you will also introduce the key users to the basics of system operation.
After you have familiarized yourself intensively with our systems, you will also carry out remote installations and maintenance as well as telephone problem analyses at the customer's premises from our offices in Planegg.
In your very varied area of responsibility, you will work closely with our development team to continuously improve our products and will also be in close contact with other departments such as product management, development and sales.
REQUIREMENTS
You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training.
Your previous professional experience of 2-4 years will convince you with your expertise.
Service is your top priority and you are keen to support our European customers on site and are willing to travel approximately 60% of the time.
You have a good command of German and English to be able to communicate easily with our customers.
Driving license class B.
